About the Role
We’re looking for an automation-first QA/SDET who thrives in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. This is not a traditional QA role, manual testing is minimal here. You will play a key role in building scalable, intelligent test systems, leveraging Agentic AI and automation to ensure product quality at speed. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Product to design self-sustaining, high-coverage testing frameworks that evolve with our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale robust test automation frameworks across web platforms
- Leverage Agentic AI to create smarter, adaptive, and self-improving test systems
- Integrate testing deeply into the development lifecycle (CI/CD, shift-left approach)
- Build tools and utilities to improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues proactively, ensuring high product quality at scale
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript preferred)
- Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven testing approaches or strong interest in applying AI to testing
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (not just writing test cases)
- Experience with UI testing, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines
