Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline through strategic research, outreach, and engagement with target accounts.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives & key customers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Articulate Entropik's value proposition and close complex deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales development, to enhance market awareness and drive success.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Executive Leadership team and meet assigned acquisition and financial goals.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years in software/SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth while working in a startup.
- Expertise in building pipelines through hunting, prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Hunting & managing the full sales cycle and closing deals effectively.
- Strong presentation, forecasting, and metrics-driven approach throughout the sales process. Ability to sell value and lead sales initiatives confidently.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and highly motivated with excellent judgment & analytical skills.
