The Role:

Entropik is hiring an Associate Product Manager to oversee and drive all phases of our product feature development. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and will work closely with the User Experience designer, stakeholders from the Insights Team and a variety of developers to ensure our product continues to push boundaries and engage consumers in the market research space. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all phases of product development, including planning and requirements gathering, ticket management and end user testing. You’ll be doing this by collaborating with the product team, engineering, and end-users to define and document product requirements and establish feature prioritization according to a well-defined product roadmap. 

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs in defining feature specifications
• Writing product requirements in Stories and Epics
• Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance and product usage
• Creating elaborate mockups and wireframes with industry standard prototyping tools
• Manage the day-to-day operations in the product life-cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business needs,formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis,ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
• Help Entropik to focus on key decisions to improve products and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years minimum in product management, technical lead, or analytics role - preferably with SaaS product (B2B) / analytics product.
• Ability to work with the management team and convert the vision into tactical tasks executed by the engineering team
• Previous experience leading large-scale projects/products across teams and a track record of excellence in execution with attention to detail
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and the ability to be self-directed when necessary
• Strong team player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams, while constantly looking to teach and learn with others
