Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to define and refine comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and services. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor landscape, and pinpoint emerging trends. 
  • Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media), email marketing, and potentially traditional marketing channels depending on your industry. 
  • Be able to run Performance Marketing via LinkedIn and Google ads by themselves 
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI). 
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers. 
  • Manage all the PR and AR relationships  
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. 
  • Oversee and strategies the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and presentations. 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing automation workflows. 
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels. 
  • Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis techniques. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). 
  • Experience in startup environment is a big plus.
