Job Summary: The Sales Ops Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tools and systems that support the Go-To-Market strategy of the organization. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that systems are effectively supporting their operations and data needs. 


Key Responsibilities: 


System Management: 

  • Administer GTM-related tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools). 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all GTM systems. 
  • Implement and maintain system configurations to enhance performance. 


User Support & Training: 

  • Provide support to users in various GTM functions, resolving any issues that arise. 
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials for users. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on system usage and best practices. 


Data Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Generate reports and dashboards to track GTM performance metrics. 
  • Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure robust data governance and compliance. 


Collaboration & Project Management: 

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify system requirements. 
  • Participate in projects related to system upgrades, feature enhancements, and integrations. 
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate project delivery. 


Continuous Improvement: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in GTM technologies. 
  • Assess and recommend new tools and technologies to optimize GTM processes. 
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a systems administrator or in a GTM role, preferably 4-7 years. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with project management methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
  • Certifications related to systems administration or specific tools (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot Admin Certification).
